TebundleofnewsolutionsalsoincludestheRegulationonaframework
forthefreeflowofnon-personaldataintheEuropeanUnion18,which,similar
tothee-PrivacyRegulation,isstillinthepipeline.Tesolutionscontainedin
thisdocumentareintendedtoensurethefreeflowofdata19otherthan
personalthroughouttheEuropeanUnionbyenactingregulationstoimposethe
requirementsfordatalocalisation,dataaccessibilitytocompetentauthorities
andthetransferofdatabyprofessionalusers(article1ofthedrafNon-Personal
