exist,hasn`tbeenbuilt,hasn`tbeentested,norimplementedandiftherelevantex-
planatorymodelhasn`tbeenconstructed.Informationsystemsformpartofanin-
tegratedmanagementsystem.Teycan’tbebuiltasneededwithouttakingintoac-
countthethepurposeofthemanagementsystemtheyshouldserve.
Toalargeextent,thelevelofplanning,andconsequentlythelevelofresults
anorganizationcanachieve,dependonqualities,characterandresourcesofin-
formationneededforplanning.
Teorganizingfunctionrequirestoprovideasmostunderstandable,complete
andtruthfulinformationaspossible.
Qualitiesofcontrolledinformationarealwaysconnectedwithsubjective
characteristicsbecausetheobjectiveonesaccuracy,frequencyandaplaceof
theneedshouldnotbeaproblem.
Tebiggertherangeofthecompany’sactivities,andthelongertheperiodinto
whichtheaccepteddecisionsreach,thebiggertherequirementsforcompetenceof
