beguntoaddresstheroleofcommunicationintheparticularcontextofnew
technologies.Withtheadventofnewmobileinfrastructureprovidinghigher

thewaypeopleusecommunicationmediaispredictedtoradicallytransform.

ObjectiveoftheBook
Thisbookwillaimtoproviderelevanttheoreticalframeworksandthelatest
empiricalresearchfindingsintheareaofcommunicationmanagement.Itwillbe
writtenbyandforprofessionalswhowanttoimprovethegeneralunderstanding
ofthestrategicroleofcommunicationvalueinthedistributedbusinessenviron-
mentandthenecessitytoprotectandproperlyutilizethecommunicationmedia
atdifferentlevelsoforganizationsaswellasinsociety.Thegeneralmissionof
thisbookisasfollows:Assumingthatbusinessorganizationsaswellasindi-
