TheCzęstochowapoviat(projectleader),togetherwith15communes,
realizedthe“E-Powitaczęstochowski”(“Częstochowae-poviat”)project,co-
financedfromtheEuropeanUnionfundswithinthescopeoftheRegional
OperationalProgramfortheSilesianVoivodeship-DevelopmentalProgramfor
theNorthernSubregion,Measure2.2.Developmentofelectronicpublicservices.
Theprojectwasparticipatedbythefollowingcommunes:Blachownia,Janów,
KamienicaPolska,Kłomnice,Koniecpol,Konopiska,Kruszyna,Lelów,Mstów,
Mykanów,Olsztyn,Poczesna,Przyrów,Rędziny,Starcza.Theprojectistoserve
the
residents
and
tourists.
Project
realization
covered,
among
others,
implementationoftheElectronicSystemforDocumentsElectroniccirculation
andprovisionofproperequipment,developmentofacommunicationmodule
called“WrotaPowiatuCzęstochowskiego”(“GatetotheCzęstochowaPoviat”),a
touristmoduleandamoduleforlocalgovernmentintegration,aswellas
installationofso-calledinfomatsineachcommune.Thetotalcostoftheproject
is4.191.472,01PLN,outofwhich85%ofthisamountisadonationwithinthe
scopeoftheRegionalOperationalProgramoftheSilesianVoivodeship.The
remainingpartoffinancialresourceswasprovidedbytheCzęstochowaPoviat
andpartnerstotheproject.“TheProjectco-financedbytheEuropeanUnionfrom
theEuropeanFundforRegionalDevelopment,withinthescopeoftheRegional
OperationalProgramoftheSilesianVoivodeshipfor2007-2013”.Inturn,in
2013,theOlsztynCommuneobtainedarefundofcostsincurredforconstruction
ofgymhallsinKusiętaandZrębice.Totalvalueoftheprojectentitled
“ConstructionofgymhallsattheComplexofSchoolsinKusiętaandZrębice,the
OlsztynCommune”ismorethan4mlnPLN.Thesumoffinancingobtainedfrom
theRegionalOperationalProgramfortheSilesianVoivodeshipfor2007-2013,
sub-measure8.2.Infrastructureoftheeducationalcentersis3,366,556PLN.Itis
arefundofcostsincurredforconstructionofhallsbetween2009-2010.Thescope
oftheprojectrealizedbetween2009and2010covered:constructionoftwogym
hallswitharoof,asemi-cylindricalshape,connectedtotheschoolbuildingsin
KusiętaandZrębiceviacorridors,constructionofnewlockerrooms,changing
rooms,warehousesforsportsequipment,preparationofnewwater-sewage
systems,centralheatingandelectricity.Thebuildingswereadjustedtotheneeds
ofthedisabled.Functionalconnectingcorridorswereerectednexttothehalls,
includinglockerroomsandothernecessaryrooms.ThegymroomsinKusięta
andZrębicewerereleasedforusein2011.Theobjectsfulfilltheneedsofthe
localcommunityfully,firstofallthoseofchildrenandyouth,relatedto
improvementofphysicalconditions,spendingfreetimeactivelyandpreventing
pathologies.Implementationofthetaskalsocontributedtoimprovementofthe
hygienicconditionsandsafetyofstudentsandteachers,aswellaspersonsusing
theobject.
