IlyaBudraitskis(b.1981)isahistorian,activist,andapost-graduate
studentattheInstituteforWorldHistoryintheRussianAcademyofSciences.
Hehasbeenapoliticalactivistsince1997,organizingtheRussianprotests
againsttheG8,EuropeanandWorldEconomicForumsandiscurrentlythe
spokespersonfortheRussianSocialistMovement.Hewasaparticipant
inAvdeyTer-Oganyan’sSchoolofContemporaryArtbetween1996–99,and
heparticipatedinAnatolyOsmolovsky’sseminarsoncriticaltheoryfrom1998–
2000.HehasworkedoncollectiveartprojectsandexhibitionswithDavidTer-
OganyanandAlexandraGalkinasince2005.Theircollaborativeworksare
inthecollectionsoftheMoscowMuseumofContemporaryArtandtheLuigi
PecciCentreforContemporaryArtinPrato(Italy).Budraitskisisamember

EkaterinaDegot(b.1958)isanarthistorian,artwriterandcurator.She
