Abstract:Tefutureofmanagerialproblem-solvingandexploitationofthebenefitsofthe
globalenvironmentwillhaveitsbasisintheprinciplesofholisticmanagement.Creationof
asystemforthisenvironment,togetherwithitspartsandtheirinteraction,willbebasedon
theknowledgeofthegeneraltheoryofsystems.Televelofoperabilityofthesystemwillbe
determinedbythefunctionsofmanagementandtheuseofinformationandwilltoalarge
extentdependonthepillarsofcompetenceofsubjectsofmanagement:theirknowledge,
skillsandpersonalqualities.

iwykorzystywaniainformacjibędziewdecydującymstopniuzależećodfilarów:kompeten-
cyjnościpodmiotówzarządzania,ichwiedzy,umiejętnościorazosobistychcechcharakteru.

Introduction
Holismisaphilosophyofholisticapproachtowardsperceiving,acquiring
knowledgeandusingofanyobjectscreatedbynatureorhumanbeings.Teneed
ofholisticphilosophytowardsourmodernworldincreases,becauseglobalizationis
nowadaysazealouslydiscussedtopic.Holismisatypeofphilosophicalknowledge
aboutspaceasawhole(includingplanets,theEarth,continents,countries,regions
andmunicipalities),whichcanbeunderstoodonlybythoroughunderstandingof
thestructureofallitspartsandhowtheyworktogether.
