1.1.INTRODUCTION
Corporatesocialresponsibility(CSR)isasubjectofbothinterdisciplinarysci-
entificresearchandimportantpracticalissue.Presentedelaborationcontains
asocialanalysisoftheresponsibilityofagileenterprisestowardonegroupofin-
ternalstakeholders.
CorporateSocialResponsibilityofenterprisesis:“…aconceptwherebycom-
paniesintegratesocialandenvironmentalconcernsintheirbusinessoperationsand
intheirinteractionwiththeirstakeholdersonavoluntarybasis”(GreenPaper
2001).
Thedemandofinteractionconnectstheenterprisewithitssocialenvironment,
inwhichitoperates.Initsactionthecompanymusttakeintoaccountaffairsof
those,whoareinsidebutalsooutsidethefirm.Itmustalsoremembersothedia-
loguewithstakeholderswouldhavetransparentrules(Greser2005).
Groupsorindividualpersonsthathavethepowerofaffectingtheenterpriseor
thatareunderinfluenceoftheorganization,arecalledstakeholdersofdetermined
company;thosecanbe:employees,tradeunions,clients,businesspartners,com-
petitivecompanies,mediarepresentatives,ecologicalorganizationsandlocalsoci-
ety(Rok2004).
PresentedchapterconcernsCorporateSocialResponsibilityofenterprisesto-
wardsonegroupofstakeholdersfromtheinsideoftheenterprise-employeesof
agileorganizations.
Agileenterpriesesareorganizationsthathaveanabilityofmonitoringthebusi-
nessenvironmentandperceivingopportunitiesandrisksresultingfromit
(Trzcieliński2007).Newchallengeappear,theyresultfromthefastchangingmar-
