AstheHolySeewaspublishingtheCharteroftheRightsoftheFam-
ily
,oneofthemostseriousissueswastheinstabilityoffamily
,thesign
ofwhichwastheintensifyingscourgeofdivorces,butalsopopularization
ofvariousformsoflivingtogetherwithoutformallyenteringintomar-
riage.Aseriousthreatformarriageandfamilywasalsothepopularization
oftheanti-natalmentality
,sotheincreaseininstancesofabortionand
popularizationofcontraceptives.Thosethreatsnotonlyhavenotbeen
eliminatedbutalsojoinedbynew,diferentones,sofaronlysporadically
andmarginallyencounteredinsocialspace.Thesecanbedeterminedas
anattempttoredefineandconsequentlybelittlethefamilyasafunda-
mentalsocialunit.Furthermore,theyarenotlimitedtopopularization
andpromotionofrelationshipmodels,butarereflectedinimplementa-
tionofchangesinlawandeducationalprogrammes.Theirexpressionare
e.g.theYogyakartaPrinciples(hereinafterreferredtoasthePrinciples).3
