theperceptionsoftheorganizationalrealityunderstudy,asseenand
experiencedbythosewhoactivelypartakeintheinstitutionathand.
Chaptereightdealswiththeproblemofadaptationofhatha-yoga
contemplationpracticeintothesystemofhighereducation.There
aresomeproblemswithincludingyogaintothecurriculaofhigher
educationinstitutions,andthesearedescribedmainlyintheUSAand
Polishcontexts.Thebodyhasbeenalmostexcludedfromprograms
ofteaching.Thereisalargegapbetweenthetheoryandpractice.
However,thebodycouldbeanactivesubject(actant)inlearning
andperceivingthereality.Itcouldbeusedtoteachphilosophy,
psychology,sociology,management,andothercourses.Studentscould
achieveembodiedknowledge,andnotjusttheopportunityofgaining
anintellectualknowledgecomingfromandthroughthemind.Iam
asociologistandIdescribemyexperienceswithincludingyogain
teachingsociologicalandpsychologicalsubjectsinaPolishUniversity.
Theresultsfromauto-reportsofstudentsshowthatbyhatha-yoga
practicestudentscouldseetheconnectionbetweenthebodyandmind
concerningtheproductionofemotions,whichcouldbeimportant
inteachingtechniquesofstressreduction,sociologyofemotions,
psychologyofemotions,philosophyofbody,management,coachingor
othersubjectswhereemotionsandthebodyareimportantfactorsin
anactivity.

contemplativeinquiryconnectswiththeZenBuddhism.Idescribehow
herbook(2015)andherconceptssupporttheideasexpressedinour
book.
InchaptertenIdescribesometechnicalaspectsofcontemplative
inquiry.Itisimportanttoknownotonlythebasicassumptionsofsuch

todoself-observationandself-reports.Thischapterdescribestosome
extenttheprocedureofZenexperiments.Allthesetechniqueslead
